HEALTHY SUMMER FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 5 sliced figs
  • 1/2 cups of raspberries
  • 1/2 cups of grape tomatoes
  • 1 table spoon of shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 table spoons of organic caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, add kale, tomatoes, caesar dressing and Parmesan.
  2. Toss salad mix until dressing is evenly distributed.
  3. Add raspberries and fig slices on top.
  4. Enjoy!
