Clean Eating Snack Idea – Apple Peanut Butter and Raisin Stack
Today’s clean eating snack was fantastic!
It was easy, healthy and delicious–a fantastic blend of crunchy, creamy and sweet. The peanut butter I used was completely natural. It was freshly-ground peanut butter from the local grocer. If you don’t have access to such fresh peanut butter, I recommend Adam’s Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, which consists of only salt and peanuts.

Clean Eating Snack Recipe – Apple Peanut Butter Raisin Stack
– 1 apple, de-cored and sliced
– 2 table spoons of all-natural peanut butter
– 1 table spoon of raisins
1. Spread peanut butter on top of each apple slice.
2. Stack apple slices into a tower.
3. Top with raisins.
