  • 1 Philippine mango, peeled, de-cored and diced
  • 1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 table spoon of honey
  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
