1/2 cup of strawberry frozen Greek yogurt (or any berry flavored frozen Greek yogurt)
1 cup of organic non-GMO milk
1 medjool date, pitted and diced
Add everything into a blender, and blend til' smooth.
If you want your smoothie to have the best consistency, get a Vitamix blender, specifically the Vitamix 6300. It has 3 pre-programmed settings, including one for smoothies. You turn it on, and are hands-off through the entire process. The blender will blend according to program, and result is truly wonderful. I've had my Vitamix for a while, and it's one of the BEST kitchen appliances I've ever bought.
