Clean Eating Snack – Proscuitto Wrapped Mozzarella Bites

Ingredients

  • 5 slices of prosciutto
  • 5 bite-sized mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tea spoons of parsley (or fresh herb of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Wrap each mozzarella bite with a piece of prosciutto.
  2. Lay on plate with tomatoes.
  3. Splash parsley all over.
