Clean Eating Recipe – Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 5 slices of all-natural turkey breast (I used Trader Joe's all-natural roasted turkey breast)
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, de-cored and sliced
  • 1 slice of whole wheat toast
  • 1 tea spoon of organic balsamic vinaigrette (this one by Villa Manodori is awesome)

Instructions

  1. Lay turkey breast and avocado slices on top of whole wheat toast.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  3. Enjoy.

Even though this is a very simple clean eating recipe, it was tasty, wholesome and filling. Plus, it’s extremely healthy. Personally, I enjoyed the tangy, sweet flavor from the balsamic vinaigrette.
