Clean Eating Recipe – Turkey Asparagus Egg Wrap

Ingredients

  • 3 cage-free eggs
  • 1 cup of slightly steamed asparagus, cut into manageable size
  • 1/2 cup of organic turkey breast, chopped
  • 1 tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil (for eggs)
  • 1/2 tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil (for turkey and asparagus)
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, crack eggs, splash sea salt and beat slightly. Set aside.
  2. Heat frying pan on high. Add 1/2 tea spoon of oil.
  3. Add asparagus and turkey meat.
  4. Slightly cook for about 1 min.
  5. Take out, and set aside.
  6. Leave frying pan on heated stove. Add 1 tea spoon of olive oil.
  7. When oil gets hot (in about 1/2 a min), add eggs. Make sure you spread eggs flat to create a wrap.
  8. When one side of eggs is cooked, flip with spatula and cook the other side.
  9. Take off stove. Lay flat on a plate. Add asparagus and turkey.
  10. Wrap it up, and enjoy.
