Clean Eating Recipe – Pan-Seared Egg-Dipped Chicken Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 Organic Italian Chicken Sausages
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Table Spoon of Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Crack egg into a mixing bowl.
  2. Slightly whisk egg.
  3. Cut sausages into bite-sized slices.
  4. Heat frying pan on med-high. Add coconut oil.
  5. When oil melts, dip each sausage slice front and back in egg, then add to oil in pan.
  6. Cook each sausage slice until egg on one side is fully cooked. Flip sides.
  7. Cook the other side until it's cooked.
  8. Enjoy as snack, appetizer or breakfast.
