Clean Eating Recipe – Maple Walnut Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/8 cup of walnuts
  • 1 tea spoon of real maple syrup
  • 1 cup of unsweetened organic almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend til' smooth. (I use the Vitamix 6300 with pre-programmed setting for smoothies. It is awesome!)
  2. Enjoy.

OMG! This smoothie was DELICIOUS! The tender sweetness of raspberries added to the true sweetness of real maple syrup, with the wholesome flavor of walnuts created the perfect blend. It was refreshingly enjoyable.
