Ingredients

  • 1 cup of organic steal cut oats
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 tea spoon of sea salt
  • 1 table spoon of real maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan, combine water and oats.
  2. Stir in salt.
  3. Bring to a rapid boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 35 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  5. Pour in bowl, mix in banana slices and add maple syrup.
