In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, corn starch, egg white, soy sauce and wine.
Marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Meanwhile, cook quinoa.
When turkey and quinoa are both ready, heat wok on high. Add olive oil.
Add onion, garlic, peas and tomato.
Let them cook for about a minute. Stir often.
Turn heat down to med-high.
Add turkey to wok.
Cook for about 3-5 minutes, until turkey is done. Don't forget to stir often.
Now, add quinoa. Stir to blend it in.
Add sea salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Stir and cook for another 1 minute.
Turn heat down to med. Stir for another 2-3 minutes.
You're done. Enjoy the stir fry.
