Clean Eating Recipe for Thanksgiving: Maple Cinnamon Baked Squash

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of butternut squash, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
  • 2 table spoons of real maple syrup
  • 3 table spoons of organic pure cane brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350 F.
  2. Using a medium ramekin dish bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir slightly every 15 minutes or so.
  4. Enjoy as an easy and healthy side dish.
