Ingredients

  • 2 cage free eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1/2 table spoon of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 table spoon of mayo made with olive oil
  • 1/2 tea spoon of paprika
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 piece of whole wheat bread - better if it's Artisan and freshly made

Instructions

  1. Toast bread. Lay on plate.
  2. Chop hard boiled eggs. Put in mixing bowl.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, mayo, paprika, salt and pepper to eggs.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Top on bread.
  6. Enjoy.
