Clean Eating Recipe – Chicken and Sweet Pea Stir Fry


  • 8 oz organic chicken breast, uncooked and sliced
  • 1 cup of cooked sweet peas
  • 1 cup of onion, diced
  • 1 tea spoon of minced garlic
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 table spoon of cooking wine
  • 1/2 tea spoon of ginger paste (or powder)
  • 2 tea spoons of lite soy sauce
  • 3 tea spoons of vegetable oyster sauce - separated into 2 and 1 (2 for marinade, 1 for cooking)
  • 1 tea spoon of corn starch
  • 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil


  1. In a large mixing bowl, add chicken slices, cooking wine, ginger paste or powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce and corn starch.
  2. Mix and marinade for 30 min to 2 hours.
  3. When ready, heat wok on high. Add olive oil.
  4. When oil gets hot, add onion, peas and garlic. Add salt. Stir.
  5. Stir and cook for about one minute.
  6. Add marinaded chicken.
  7. Let cook on high heat for about 2 minutes. Stir often.
  8. Add remaining table spoon of vegetable oyster sauce.
  9. Turn heat down to med-high.
  10. Stir and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  11. Done.
  12. Enjoy with a side of organic quinoa or brown rice.
