Crack one egg into each avocado half. Let whites run out to the side.
Top each half with feta cheese.
Transfer food to baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Splash paprika and pepper.
Today’s clean eating recipe isn’t anything new. I’ve see these egg and avocado boats all over Pinterest. However, none of them use feta cheese, so this was my own creation. It was also wholesome and delicious. I ate it for breakfast, but you can also have it as snack or appetizer.
