Clean Eating Recipe – Apple Walnut Guacamole


  • 1 avocado, de-cored, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 fuji apple, de-cored and diced
  • 1 table spoon of walnuts, crushed
  • 2 tea spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon of lemon juice


  1. Heat frying pan on high. Add olive oil.
  2. Add diced apple and crushed walnuts.
  3. Turn heat to med-high. Cook apple and walnuts for about 1 minute.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mash avocado.
  5. Add cooked apple and walnuts. Then add sea salt and lemon juice.
  6. Mix well. Serve with a side of organic corn chips.

This clean eating recipe was truly awesome. The crunchy apple and walnuts, mixed with whole some avocado, just melts in your mouth. I pretty much devoured this snack.
