Yum Welcome back to Best Clean Eating Recipes! Today’s clean eating recipe is a simple side dish that requires only four ingredients–one of them being my favorite meat substitute, tofu. Despite recent debates about tofu’s health benefits, it’s still a great source of protein and antioxidants. Studies have shown that consumption of tofu leads to lower risk of cancer. Yum Today’s clean eating snack was fantastic! It was easy, healthy and delicious–a fantastic blend of crunchy, creamy and sweet. The peanut butter I used was completely natural. It was freshly-ground peanut butter from the local grocer. If you don’t have access to such fresh peanut butter, I recommend Adam’s Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, which consists of only salt and peanuts. I hope you enjoy this clean eating snack as much as I did. Clean Eating Snack Recipe – Apple
Yum I LOVED today’s clean eating recipe! I like pork in the first place, but in sweet and tangy honey mustard flavor, these pork slices were absolutely scrumptious! Organic pork naturally has tenderer texture. Having been sliced makes them extra absorbent of flavors. The flavorful marinade really penetrated through, making this recipe exceptionally delightful to the palate. The cooking method I used was a traditional Chinese family style stir fry. It’s a quick and painless way to cook meat. I learned it from Grandma back in the
Welcome back to Best Clean Eating Recipes! I’m excited to introduce this clean eating stir fry to you, because it’s one of my favorites to both make and eat. I laid mine over a bed of organic brown rice, but of course, you can use other grains as well. I also used organic red quinoa last time, and it
Yum Welcome back to Best Clean Eating Recipes! Today’s clean eating recipe is a greener version of traditional egg drop soup. Therefore, it’s also more nutritious. Plus, it’s tasty too. Love all the spinach and eggs in this soup! It’s light, hearty, warm and savory. I understand that most of the United States is still summer. But here in Seattle, mornings and nights are chilly. We’re certainly feeling fall’s crispy air. A warm bowl of clean eating soup sound mighty appetizing for
Yum Today’s Clean Eating Recipe has one of my favorite fruits, figs, as the main component. Figs are delicious! They are soft and sweet, but aren’t overwhelming. I also like their melt-in-your-mouth texture. I like using figs in cooking, because they add natural sweetness, and today’s recipe is a fig-lover’s dream. With salty prosciutto and sharp blue cheese–all in drizzles of sweet balsamic glaze–this clean eating snack exploded with flavors. By the way, it was easy to make. Took about 10 minutes.
Yum Welcome back to Best Clean Eating Recipes! I’m excited to share tonight’s clean eating dinner recipe with you. Not only was it delicious and wholesome, it was created on a whim and super easy to make. My family loved it, and all asked for seconds, making it one of those chicken dinner ideas worth repeating. Before continuing with the recipe, I’d like to share my thoughts with you about buckwheat noodle. It was DELICIOUS! Especially for a grain. Also, I loved that
