18 CLEAN EATING DIET RECIPES FOR AVOCADO LOVERS
Debbie, a mom of three, lost 45 pounds of baby weight, thanks to the clean eating diet, which she found during the third postpartum experience. After three pregnancies, Debbie was unable to lose extra weight due to a lack of time and money. Soon, she lost motivation and confidence to take care of herself; and felt depressed, under-appreciated and unattractive.
INITIALLY, THE CLEAN EATING DIET SOUNDED LIKE ANOTHER FAD.
After attempting weight loss methods that resulted in disappointments, Debbie vowed to never follow fads again. But due to a less restrictive nature–same foods but with natural ingredients–Debbie tried eating clean and fell in love. The meals were fresh and easy-to-do; and because of higher nutritional value, they reduced her urge to purchase junk foods, which caused saving on groceries.
IT HAS BEEN THREE YEARS SINCE DEBBIE BEGAN A CLEAN EATING JOURNEY.
The weight has not returned. Though a consistent workout routine also contributed to Debbie’s success, adopting the clean eating diet was what triggered a slew of healthy habits, including exercising, getting quality sleep and focusing on the present.
